Ring Sizes, how do I select the right size?

It is very easy, at clan of dk we make the rings in three different sizes:
Size I: 5 3/4 Inside diameter 16.31mm Inside circumference 51.2 mm
Size II: 7 Inside diameter 17.32mm Inside circumference 54.4 mm
Size III: 8 Inside diameter 18.14mm Inside circumference 57.0 mm

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship clan of dk jewellery all over the world to most destinations everyday from Denmark with GLS Denmark. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. It takes just a few days to deliver your order, wherever you are, however we don't like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc.

How can I pay for my order?

Prices on our website are currently charged in Danish Kroner (DKK). We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express through PayPal. You can also pay with your PayPal account but you don't need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

I have just placed my order, what happens next?

We will start processing your order immediately. As long as the goods are in stock, they will be packed up carefully within five working days and sent off. Once we have received your order it's not possible to change or cancel it. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address it's not always possible to change it in time but please contact us immediately to see what we can do.

 

What is the return policy?

We want you to be happy with your new jewellery from clan of dk but if you unpack the goods and find that it's not quite right for you please email us immediately. We will authorise the return and email you the return address label.

CONDITION:
We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused and in the original condition. In turn we would never send out used goods to you. When you purchase from clan of dk we guarantee that you'll get a brand new product. You will be the first owner of a brand new bit, ring, leather bracelet or earring. You get to wear it in and make it yours. We are sure you understand that if we receive a used case from you (even if it is used for only one day) it will show and due to our strict guidelines we won't be able to accept the return. So in the unlikely event that you decide that the product is not for you after using and testing it, we recommend to pass it on to a friend or try and sell it privately (clan of dk jewellery tend to have a very good resale value).

REFUND:
Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
